Fantastic location in the oldtown, very helpful staff, everything was great. There were an electric kettle, central heating, and TV in my deluxe queen room, really enjoyed it. The bed was very comfy, my stay lasted for 2 nights.

I absolutely loved my stay at Gama Dubrovnik 1! The location in the heart of the old town was perfect. I enjoyed being able to walk to all the nearby restaurants and attractions without any hassle. The apartment itself was beautifully furnished and impeccably clean. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. I also appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided, such as shampoo and a well-functioning air conditioning system. Additionally, the communication with the hosts was excellent, and they even allowed me a late check out free of charge. I highly recommend this hotel for its amazing location, comfort, and fantastic service.
Although it was a fantastic stay, there was sometimes a slight smell from the drain in the bathroom. However, this is a common issue in old town areas and did not affect my overall enjoyment of the stay.

Enjoyed the free WiFi, felt like I was living in the 21st century. The airport being 500 meters away was a great excuse to take a scenic stroll. Buza Beach being another 500 meters away was a perfect place to show off my beach bod.
Just hated that there wasn't a polar bear swimming pool. Such a disappointment.

Loved everything about this place. Location is perfect, walking distance to everything. Not many steps to get into the apartment. In the center of restaurants, great neighbors. Windows are soundproof. Aesthetically pleasing and very clean room. Enough towels and tissues provided. Aircon and Wi-Fi worked well. Saves time and energy being in the center of Old Town.
Just some drawers for clothes is lacking. Otherwise, great apartment.

the fashionable apartment had a nice energy and was close to everything, including shops, supermarkets, beaches, famous places. the owner, a beautiful and nice woman, personally welcomed us, explained everything, and even gave us a map. the apartment was well, equipped with everything we needed, from kitchen appliances like a kettle and toaster to dishes, coffee, and sugar. the bathroom had plenty of towels, shower gel, and lotion. the special code to open the door added an extra level of convenience, especially for my 11, year, old daughter. We also appreciated the option to dry our clothes near the window. I would highly recommend this apartment to everyone, but if you prefer silence, this might not be the best choice due to the evening music and city sounds.
Closing the window easily solved this minor inconvenience. Cons: Nothing ☺️.
